Type of Pets
We accept dogs and cats. For other pets, you must ask management. Generally, the pet must be 50 lbs. or less, but check with management. Sometimes exceptions are made.

Charges
We charge $20 per day to have a pet in your room. We require a $100 pet damage deposit which is refundable at the end of your stay if there is no damage. If the amount of the damage to our unit cannot be determined at check out, we will mail the deposit to you, with supporting documentation, after such a determination is made. We charge a non-refundable cleaning fee of $25 at the beginning of the stay.

Type of Accommodations
Pets are only allowed in certain rooms which we assign to you. Usually, only one pet is allowed per room. Check with management if you have two. More than two are never allowed.

You should bring your own food, treats, water bowls, sleeping Mats. We do not have a special pet run on the premises. We do not offer pet sitting, but this is available from an outside source.

What you need to show
We reserve the right to ask for proof of flea treatment and a veterinary certificate as to the health of the pet.

Pets in the hotel
Pets must always be leashed or hand-carried when in the common areas. Pets are not allowed to roam throughout the property. They can only be in the room assigned unit. Pets are never allowed in the pool or near the pool.

A dog may be left in the room alone only between 11:00 a.m. and 8: 00 p.m. If you're away, we require that the pet be crated. If your dog barks while you're away, he/she cannot be left in the room, even if in a crate, If the pet barks while you're away, we will call you to come back and take it or sit with it. Thus, you must have a cell phone to leave a dog in the room.

We reserve the right to modify our pet policy at any time in the interest of safety and our overall hospitality mandate.
